Character Education In Learning

Character education can be integrated in the learning process in each subject. Material on the standards or values in each area should be developed, explicit, depending on the context of everyday life. Thus, learning the values of the characters, not only on the cognitive level, but tap the internalization and practice evident in the daily lives of students in the community.
Extra-curricular activities held during this school is one way of building character and improving the academic quality of students. Extracurricular activities are educational activities outside parties to facilitate the development of students according to needs, potential, talents, and interests through activities that are specifically organized by teachers and educational staff capable and had the authority or school. Through extra-curricular activities are expected to develop skills and sense of social responsibility, and the potential and student achievement.
Character education in schools is also strongly associated with the management or operation of schools. Demand management is how character education is designed, implemented and monitored in educational activities in schools adequately. Management, among others, the values that must be implanted, curriculum, learning, assessment, educators and education personnel, and other related components. Thus, the direction of the school is an effective character education in schools.

Limitations of Cooperative Learning Strategies
